When we booked this place we didn’t read the reviews, and were shocked by the other horrible reviews and mailed the hotel beforehand. Luckily we found out that they had been upgrading their hotel with their new name L’harmonie, and also had changed their owner. We were three adults traveling from Norway and the room was very clean. We very much recommend this place, it is at the heart of Sàigòn and still very quiet. Our room was at 10th floor with three double beds and there were very little noise during night time. There also was a refrigerator, two bathrooms with bathtub. We were very comfortable. From a western point of view the room was not big, and if you spend many waking hours in your hotel room, this is not the right hotel for you. This hotel perfectly fits the purpose of having a good night sleep and eating many good Vietnamese dishes for breakfast, and then going outside to explore see the city. From a Vietnamese point of view, this room has everything you need: two TVs, two air conditioner, comfortable beds, and is very clean. Lastly, the staff is very friendly and are more than happy to help you.

The hotel’s location is centralized enough to most major touristic sites of Ho Chi Minh City. a few are within a comfortable walking distance. There’s a relatively fast elevator available for guests staying in higher up floors. The room was a good size for a queen bed room, with an electric kettle and tea/coffee and two small water bottles. (The water bottles and coffee/tea and sugar won’t be replenished if the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door. However, if the cleaning staff happened to catch you exiting/entering your room, they’ll be quick to ask you if you need anything.) The staff are friendly and willing to help, and the cleaning staff actually honors the “Do Not Disturb” sign hanging on the door. The breakfast is awesome, with both hot and cold items! And the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable.

We had a good spacious room with two bathrooms for our family of 4. The room was made up each day with bottled water. Our stay included breakfast with a reasonable variety of Vietnamese and western foods. The doormen were really friendly always greeting us on arrival and helpful in helping us with our children to cross the road and hailing taxis. The hotel was in a good location, with a couple of parks a few minutes walk away to escape the traffic for a bit, and also walking distance to a few museums (war remnants, reunification palace).

We recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share our experience. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect - close to many attractions and restaurants. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including all the necessary amenities. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Large comfortable room overlooking the street . Bathroom had a jetted tub and shower! Staff was helped and reminded us to wear our backpack in the front to be safe . We easily walked to the Palace, War Museum, Cathedral and fancy shopping area, plus the crazy Bùi Viện night street. We found some good places to eat nearby including Melbourne Cafe for Western food and for Vietnamese food, Thúc Dón.
